Samsung has announced its new A56 phone to compete in the upper mid-range category, as it comes with the most luxurious materials possible, with a Super AMOLED screen that supports 120Hz with high brightness under the sun, in addition to a new Samsung Exynos 1580 processor with a 5000 battery and a higher charging speed of 45 watts with a new 12-megapixel selfie camera and the same 50-megapixel main rear camera lens with optical image stabilization.

It supports two Nano SIM cards and e-SIM.
It supports 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
The materials used in the phone's construction are Gorilla Glass 5+, with an aluminum frame.
The phone measures 162.2 x 77.5 x 7.4 mm and weighs 198 grams.
The phone is water and dust resistant with an IP67 certification, up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
The screen features a punch-hole Super AMOLED display with a 6.7-inch FHD+ resolution, 1080 x 2340 pixels, and a pixel density of 385 pixels per inch. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. It also features an Always-On Display and a high brightness of up to 1900 nits (1200 nits). The phone is available in several versions of internal storage and RAM, as follows:
- The first version comes with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM.
- The second version comes with 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM.
- The phone does not support expanding storage via a memory card.
As for performance, it is powered by an Exynos 1580 processor built on 4nm technology, while the graphics processor is an Xclipse 540.
The front camera is 12MP with an f/2.2 aperture.
The triple rear camera includes a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a Sony IMX906 sensor, which is the primary camera with OIS support. The second camera is 12MP with an f/2.2 aperture for ultra-wide photography. The third camera is 5MP with an f/2.4 aperture for macro photography, and it also supports a single LED flash.
It supports 4K HDR video recording at 30 frames per second, as well as FHD video recording at 30 and 60 frames per second.
It supports an additional microphone for noise cancellation.
The external speakers feature stereo sound.
It supports Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac/6 frequencies, in addition to dual-band Wi-Fi Direct. Bluetooth version 5.4 supports A2DP and LE.
It supports GPS geolocation, as well as other navigation systems such as GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, and QZSS.

Security and protection features: The phone supports a fingerprint sensor located under the display and supports Face Unlock to unlock the phone using your face.
The phone also supports most other sensors, such as the accelerometer, proximity sensor (via software), compass, and gyroscope.
The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and supports 45W fast charging.
The phone runs Android 15 with Samsung's latest One UI 7 interface.
